I mean it's not like i'm not working out or anything but it's like the rest of my body is getting smalller and my lower legs aren't, and last I checked dudes liked gurls with skinny leg. so do any of u fitness trainers or jus regular pple have any advice for me please. :D

Have you tried exercizing for your bottom part? When you build muscle it helps to make that part slimmer, you do not necessarily have to get big muscles, you can make it lean.

Start doing a regular 3 day a week cardio session at your local gym - if you want to do more than that, you can, but 3 days per week should be your minimum. Fat is not just a layer that surrounds muscles in you body - it actually permeates your muscles as well - essentially making them look like steaks that have fat striations going through them. This fat burns first when you start working out, after the striation fat is gone, then you start losing the Layer fat that surrounds muscles. Your thighs and behind will get smaller if you just start adding some exercise to your life.

You say your upper body is getting thinner, and that's not abnormal for women. Most women are genetically inclined to layer fat in their hips and thighs, whereas men tend to layer it in their stomachs, lower backs, and neck/faces. Of course over time, if you continue to get fatter (both men and women) you will start layering it all over your body as well.

Hope this helps :)

Cheers

How about you just wait until you are all finished growing? Your body may very well still be developing, and in a few years you might find yourself with very sexy legs.

In the meantime, go jogging or walking; a good idea even if you didn't have a "problem" with your body. You don't have to have a gym membership to get an effective workout. Roads, side walks, and paths are free to run on.

I know the weather is icky out lately. After walking so much lately, I find that I don't mind the weather, or even if it is raining and muggy outside. Don't let the weather be too much of an excuse (but be safe if it is too hot or cold outside).

I have one of those silly mini-trampolines. I bounce on it every night while I watch television for about an hour. It does a nice job of keeping the thighs to a bearable level and toning the calves. Plus, I don't have to go anywhere with spandex clad perfect hardbodies, pay extra money, or take any time I'm not already taking doing something else. It's also easy on the joints & small enough to use in my bedroom.
