Hello, so I been single for 3 weeks now,

The night we broke up we had sex before I left, after that she basically asked me to come and we had sex like 3 times since the break up.

Now recently I started chatting with my friend's sister,

She is 19 yo and she keeps texting me since when we talked for the first time,

I gave her pretty obvious sexual hints but she either doesn't get it or likes the idea.

Third, I have new female collegue at work, she is 21 and she know that her supervisor is my ex but kinda still hitting on me in childish ways.

My ex (my supervisor) took 2 weeks off but her friend told her that there is a new woman at work that was hitting on me.

When I was with my ex last time she asked me if my new Co worker have any idea that she is my ex and she is our supervisor at work, they haven't met yet but she already said "she better prepare herself" I laughed to that because I didn't knew what to replay.

Also 2 of them aren't aware of the third woman which is my friend's sister.

I feel I'm getting myself in trouble but in the same time I'm not taken so basically I don't cheat, I have no intention. Getting in relationship any time soon but how exactly I make my point clear ? I can't simply tell them "I want you for benefits"

I wouldn't use those words but you can basically tell them that and if that's what you want you should let them know. They might be fine with it sand if they're not, you'll save a lot of hurt feeling be being upfront about it.

Don't mess around at work especially when your ex is involved....dude have some friggin sense here. Lots of women around, no need to pollute the work place.

All I can say is, don't lead them on at all or pretend you want more. Just ak what are you looking for, and when they ask you back say something casual. Z Go from there.
