Quokka Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Hi everyone reading, So I like this girl a lot actually and have found myself thinking about her more often lately. We first met when I was younger and have always known about each other. Recently, I was at my buddies house and she just comes over with one of her friends. They were there to smoke weed with another one of my buddies who also lives in the house. After the smoke sesh we all go outside for a cigarette and at the time, I was having trouble with a relationship that did not involve the girl this post is about. While we were smoking I approached her and asked her if we could take a picture together to get back at this other girl. (Really petty of me and not a good move on my part I'm aware) she replies with "sure, but why can't we take a picture together because we like each other?" Well I was taken back by that and just laughed and said well that works too and smiled at her. Let me remind everyone reading that at this point I had no interest in this girl so this is a major mess up I'm aware but only including this because it was our first encounter in years. From there, we exchanged numbers and she kept trying to get me to go to this party she was headed off to but I declined politely as I was planning on going to bed soon. Fast forward a couple months. I'm dating this girl, we'll call her K. Well me and her have been on and off since I was 17 as I am 20 now today. Me and K had a fight and me being beligerently drunk and confident I call up the girl this post is about. We'll call her L. So I call up L and tell her my situation. I'm fighting with K and I needed a ride home she ended up coming over to get me. That night when she dropped me off, I invited her inside and we slept together. Fast forward a month and I'm back with K as she is my first real love but she treats me terribly unfortunately which is why we are constantly on and off. I try to get L to pick me up again as me and K are fighting once again and she declines saying that I only need her when me and K are fighting and it's unfair. Now I really thought about that and it hit me hard because I realized what I had been doing to her and it's pretty awful of me. I've been trying like hell to get away from K but always fall for that girl cause she was my first love already stated. I hit up L the very next day and tell her that I'm sorry for what I have been doing to her and that I never realized that's how she felt. She forgave me and what she said almost brought a tear to my eye. She told me that K is just bringing me down and I don't even see it. I really thought about how crappy I've been to not even see that L had been totally down for me and caring for me even though I have no car and used her. And then I go right back to K who only tears me down. And L is yet still by my side. That moment of clarity made me realize that I really like L a lot but now I am totally undeserving of her and she just assumes when I text her that me and K are fighting. I may have royally messed this up and there may be no hope of me and L working out but I have completely cut off communication with K and now I'm just wondering how I can go about slowly warming my way back with L without pushing her away and showing her that I truly do care. Now I'm sure a lot of people are going to hate on me for my behavior towards this girl and she should defintely run from me but honestly to everyone still reading I truly do like this girl and I want to treat her right this time around. So what can I do to show her that? Thanks -Quokka

If she likes u she will accept... Don't ask her out because of pitty

We're both 20. We do drink just not publicly so I guess I could use some date ideas??
GTR King Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Under age for drinking?? U must be from the USA? We can drink from age of 18 in England.... Take her out for a drink (Soft) maybe go to the cinema or to the beach etc... see what she likes to doing

I don't know when the last time I actually went on date was but it would be nice for a switch up
