Angel29 Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 I have known a guy for a few years who shows me interest and then withdraws. He leads me on and then ignores my messages. The final straw was he acted interested again, ignored my message yet has been on the dating sites. Should I delete him off Facebook? I don't want to keep checking his profile and letting him see what I am up to. But by leaving him on there it shows I am not bothered. Then deleting him would show him I am annoyed. I have deleted him from my phone so he can't see when I have last been on What's app. I want to move on and feel he has disrespected me. What is best to do? 1
Fair Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 If it bothers you, delete him. He's clearly not that into you so it shouldn't matter to you if he sees you're annoyed by deleting him off facebook. Just move on and forget him. 1
Satu Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 snip What is best to do? *No direct contact. *No sending or receiving of messages. *Block any means he might use to contact you. *No replies to anything that gets through your blocks. *No indirect contact through third parties. *De-friend or delete him from all social media. *No monitoring of him on social media. *No 'little birds' feeding you news. *Tell people that you don't want to know anything about what he is doing or saying. Fixd. Take care. 2
BoatsBoatsBoats Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 If you really don't want to unfriend him you can just unfollow him without deleting him so that you won't see his posts. You can also change your status settings to custom and exclude him from it so that he can't see yours. I would however recommend that you just block him. That way you're both practically invisible to each other and he won't have any idea whether you removed him or just deleted your account.
