June88888 Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 My boyfried just told me that his mom attacked him and now he's living in a motel. I kept asking him what happend but he wouldn't say. He just wanted me to see him. He was living with his grandma and aunt. His mom came down to visit for xmas and I guess they got into an alteraction. He said he's still on good terms with his gma and aunt, but I guess he left cause he didn't want to be in the same house as his mom. He can't come stay with me, cause my and I live with her friend and she doesn't want any men over. I don't know what I can do for him. I don't have a car.
Miss Clavel Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 okay, how old are you two? can you get an uber? try to go and see him.
Gloria25 Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 (edited) How old is he? Is he old enough to get a job and/or is considered a "legal adult"? If that's the case, you tell him that you're confident he'll figure out what to do....Yes, all he needs is your encouragement. "Boys" cannot become "men", if they're living in their mum's basement. And, if a woman comes to their rescue, then again, how will they become "men"? There was a time where a guy couldn't even talk to a gal unless he had his stuff together and had to go through her dad...There was a time that "boys" had to do some act that made them transition into "men" (think of those movies where young boys are sent out to hunt a bear and when they come back, they're celebrated as passing into manhood). Now a days, a guy just has to have a penis and a pulse for women to wanna jump on him and start a family and/or get married. PS, "Tyler Perry" (the guy who makes those "Madea" movies and now has a bunch of drama shows on TV that some women are eating up like hot bread), was homeless and lived in his car. He "somehow" moved on to making his own plays, movies, and even has his own studios. Again, a "boy" cannot become a "man" with women coming to his rescue. Edited December 25, 2016 by Gloria25 2
darkmoon Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 why won't he tell you what made his mother attack him? one minute, you are to play rescuer, seemingly, and the next min, he does not want to tell you the full story - - are you really close? 1
