I work with a girl and I have just recently started to talk to her more. IMO, she enjoys our chats and goes out of her way to talk to me. The other day she walked with me all the way to the other side of the parking lot, at work, cause I was leaving. She said she did not mind the walk all the way over to my car. She waves and smiles at me each time I see her. She talks about how sad its going to be when I move departments at work cause I wolnt see her as much. I've told her that its going to suck too. I dont "flirt" as much, but I def show I'm interested. What should I do now? I'm almost positive shes flirting, but then again she could just be being really nice.

You should get a backbone and do what you want to do ( ask her out ).

I would advise against it as you work together and if she says no things will get uncomfortable between the two of you. Even if she says yes it still is not good policy to date a co-worker. I would look elsewhere than at work.

:D I even thought about quiting work and finding a new job elsewhere if we end up together(I'm only 19). Here in lies the problem I did not say yet. She might be possible dating a co-worker who we both work with. About that, I often lock eyes with her when she comes back to work with her b/f. She is usally the one who starts the staring too. :o Thats the only reason I have not asked her out, that and I wolnt see her for bout two weeks........

Be careful since you work with her. You don't want to cause any problems or feel uncomfortable going to work. I don't think you want to burn bridges if you plan on staying at your job for a long time.
