I went on a great first date with a girl I met through Facebook, hit it off well, at the end of the night she was asking my schedule and said she wants to make plans again soon...later that night she texts me asking if I made it home, and said again, we need to hang out again... A few days go by, radio silence (I'm not going to chase), but decided to give her a call tonight to make plans in a few days. At first she doesn't pick up, but 5 minutes later, some guy calls and says I have the wrong number, and asked who I am)...then I get multiple texts asking who this this. Seriously annoying, granted she's 22 and prob immature and told the guy to pick up the call-but if she wasn't interested why not be a straight shooter instead of keep saying "let's make plans" multiple times. I know I'll prob get a call/text from her tomorrow-if so, play it off cool or tell her to **** off? First time something like this has happened-seems extremely immature. Lol prob dodged a bullet anyways so oh well! Still makes me mad though...

You could have said something like "I'm the guy who dated Mary last Saturday. Tell her I had a wonderful time and was just calling to see if she could go out again next Friday? Tell her to call me back..." Then, leave her to explain to her clueless boyfriend what the heck is going on behind his back... 8
umirano Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Don't be mad. She's probably not mentally capable of running her social life like a decent person. Yet. It's unfortunate, but happens all the time. It's like bad weather, it sucks, but there's no point in getting all upset about it.

I would of hit her up the next day and planned the next date. Chasing is when you try to set up a date and it don't get scheduled then try again.

This is an excellent case of blocking the number and run. And I mean run and never look back. Your life isn't worth potential tail to hook up with
gorf Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 I mean.. she texts you did you get home safe and etc, it was her number. So you saved it and continued to text that number, right? Not some other number. Sounds maybe like she has a boyfriend who saw the texts 1
