Gui Posted December 16, 2016 Posted December 16, 2016 ...I'm not awake yet whenever I see him. He works at the gym, which I go to early in the morning when I'm not in the mood to talk. I've said hi and bye to him, but other than that I mainly just smile whenever we make eye contact. I have reasons to believe he's interested, and while it occurred to me that he was just trying to be friendly as part of his job, my gut feeling couldn't agree. How do I make a better impression? And since I'm a cheapskate who refuses to not to go the gym after paying X dollars for a one-year contract, will the risk be worth it?

Ha ha, I definitely disagree about the make up, esp. if you haven't been wearing much up until now. My gf wears minimal makeup and I always make it a point to compliment her on how naturally attractive she is. I'd say just try to be social, engage him in conversation, or at least an occasional humorous quip... and when he reciprocates let your inner light shine through. Let nature take its course. We're preprogrammed with the urge to merge; just take advantage of it. 1
