It's an online therapy site. That's where I am seeking therapy. It's great. You don't have to look a therapist in the eye when you tell them your deepest darkest thoughts. You stare at the screen. They respond back and you read it at your leisure. You can schedule phone calls or Skype too, but you don't have to. The only downside is that they don't take insurance, but I am loving the anonymity of it and the fact that I can write my thoughts whenever I want. 2
