So I think I fell pretty hard for a model on [a website where you pay for cybersex]. At first I was just using the site as better porn. Fast forward 4.5 months I have been ****ing like a mad dogs in heat for months with this one girl constantly. She offered to meet a few months ago and the best I said I could do is next March when I have some time off. At first I said no because she lives in Hungary and im in the US (a short distance relationship!) but then I said I could do it next March when I have some time off. She didnt say any of the typical sick relative scam stuff but I she does pressure me to pay for shows (which is bad). We usually text for a few hours after shows / other random times which is good (even though it is causing me to lose sleep).

 

does the forum think I should visit / can this work?

It's one of those abnormal romances that some unfortunately have in their lives...

 

I don't think it's something worth going ahead with. You have to think for the long-term rather than the short-term. What do you really foresee happening in the long run? All I can imagine is an LDR based around conflict, jealousy and unrequited love and attraction perhaps.

 

I think you're better off to not pursue this. Keep this as a fling online and nothing more. I'm sure it'd be nice to know you could try and make things work and let it be successful with an online... cyber sex model, but I just don't think it's worth investing the time, money and effort to be so easily ridiculed and let down in the process.

Last time I posted about an online fling (on [a cybersex site] / Skype) that I was having for 4.5 months and was trying to figure out if the girl actually liked me or if she was using me for money. A couple of responses said that she probably was. Im not ready to break things off completely but maybe I will slow things down quite a bit.

 

So I met another girl on the site that I like and was thinking that we could at least have the same kind of online fling at least. She said I didn't have to tip so much last night which might be a better sign. We had a good conversation about my current fling and she said the girl I'm with now might or might not show up if I tried to visit her. She asked why I wasnt trying to do anything locally and I said that that I was tired being led on, scammed, etc by people. I at least appreciate this honesty even if she is trying to do the same thing.

 

More scammy sounding she said that she wanted to get married and my response to this was that if she is willing to travel too see me (get her own ticket because that common scam) that I would do it / she would get a green card. Unlikely that this would happen but weirder things have happened. She also claims to be an engineer so maybe I will bring up some physics or math topic just to see (Im a biology major so yay science). I dont know her that well yet which is why I sound so paranoid here but she's not trying to constantly get me to tip which is good. If she were to go to the trouble of visiting me instead of the other way around I would do whatever she wants.

I also got her snapchat but I think that's pretty common.

 

Should I go ahead and allow this second online thing play out for a little while or should I stop messing around with these sites?

Hahahaha.. where do you people come from? The amount of money you spend on these cam sites you could probably rent a good life coach

You're fishing in the wrong pond, OP.

 

Camgirl sites are not the place to be looking for girlfriends. They won't be interested in you once you stop paying. Unfortunately, you seem like an easy target because you've nearly fallen for this before. They can smell a man like you coming a mile away.

 

Have your fun with them, doing what you pay them to do, but don't be under any illusion that they are actually interested in something more.

My new BF thinks this way too. I don't get it. I like women too but I still don't get it. The most I've done because a woman is cute is buy her CD. I would just go the traditional route through activities or OLD.
