The tried and true would be to make eye contact and smile. But you knew that, right?

 

Or you could take a cue from our president elect and grab him by the genitals.

You smile and hold eye contact. That is a good way to signal him to approach you if he's serious.

I'd probably notice and then, if I believed that is what he was doing, I would wonder if he was going to do anything. If he didn't, then it is just one of those days.
