What do you think of writing your ex a letter (email, text, fb message telling them how you really feel? Just explaining to them how bad they hurt you now that you've had time to think it over? Do you think that would help bring closure? Sometimes so much goes left unsaid

I think it could be helpful to type it all out, pouring your heart into the text. As long as you then hit "delete" and never send it.
