So I had been seeing a girl for 2 months and we were really hitting it off together acting very 'couple like ' on our dates. I was actually enjoying going slow with no pressure and levels of intimacy were building between us we hadn't had sex but did have a few sleepovers. She was quite reserved at wanting to get to know me beter but always very affectionate with me. She remarked that she didn't know how tell her freinds about me when they asked and the last time she seen someone this much she was in a relationship and didn't want to find anything bad incase. A few weeks past in which we made plans but she cancelled both our dates. I was a little frustrated by this and text her saying I got the impression she was disinterested and told her how much I liked her. It was a long message and she was taken aback by it and said it was too much. She wanted to go slow and not looking for a relationship. I felt like I pushed her too much which changed the dynamic. I apologised for making her feel like that and then said I'd like to keep having fun and wasn't looking for anything specific. She thought it was best to be just friends. Ordinarily I'd take this as a polite rejection and think nothing. But we seemed to be really clicking which hasn't happened to me in that way before. I'd politely says I can't be freinds and thanked and wished her all the best. My thinking is that with time and space I can re establish contact.

You were more like her cuddle ^&*$ which is the kiss of death. Sleep overs are for kids. Never sleep at a woman's house unless sex is on the table. You caught feelings, she didn't.

Don't bother trying to re-establish contact. She's not interested.
