So I had 2 questions about my situation.

I'm just going through a breakup with atm ?.

I went into NC a few days ago.

She has messages me but I don't respond.

First question:

When she post all these relationship quotes on her Facebook is she trying to get my attention? Why would you do that? I'm not giving any kind of reaction. I'm not posting anything relationship related.

Second question:

When she messages me should I even open it? She knows I see she messaged me. But should I open it and leave it on "read"? Either way she knows I'm ignoring it.

Idk, those are just 2 questions I had. Thanks anyone for input

No contact means they CANT contact you in any way.

Real question is why do you feel the need to constantly play mind-games with each other?

 

Surely after a breakup and you initiate NC, you're unable to check what each other is doing, yes? so why is it concerning you?

 

If the breakup was mutual and finalized from both of your behalf's, messages to each other shouldn't even be processed or made.
