organic chemistry Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 how fast should i start to trust a guy? my friend said he was interested in me and would like to go out and start dating. but even with this statement...how can i trust him? i mean he can say this to a lot of girls too...he said he's only interested in me only...but i dun feel safe enough to trust him any clue to look for if he's genuine?
LucreziaBorgia Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 You won't know if he's trustworthy until you get to know him better. If you like him, go out on some casual (not sexual) dates with him. Do fun stuff together - not just "romance" type stuff. See if you have the similar interests, beliefs and ideas about stuff. Keep your heart to yourself until you spend more time with him, see his habits, find out if he has other women in the picture, etc. There's nothing wrong with having some 'fun' dates and holding off on the romance (and deep trust that comes with that) until later.
