Author Leojax Posted November 22, 2016 Author Posted November 22, 2016 I'm really not coping TBH. :/. Have you tried to do things to keep your mind off of things? You know what you should do? If you haven't already delete him out of your phone, block him even if you need to. Then write out everything you've wanted to say to him in a letter, but don't send it. Burn it. Then get some ceramic pots or vases, put his picture on each one, put on goggles, then start smashing the sh*t out of if with a bat or hammer. Sometimes I find that when you start to get angry you realize this person isn't worth it and definitely not as good of a person as you made them out to be in your head. Sometimes getting angry can be a good thing. It gets you into the f*ck them mentality that you need to start getting over them. Finally, go out and treat yourself. New clothes, get your hair done, get a great meal, whatever it takes to make yourself feel better. Then try to spend time with friends and family.
