brittani Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 this is hard to say, i went to the doctor and they said i have hpv. it's causes of genital warts, well i didn't find this out until a couple of days ago. I have to tell my boyfriend today, but i am so scared. Since i just found this out this means he has it too! I am terrified, i love him very much. Today is our 2 months, it feels like i have known him my whole life. We are very much in love. I had told him i had something to tell him since i found out which was on Monday! I just told him it wasn't the right time, as if today our two monts is! I need some advice on what to say, i know if he really loves me we will make it through this. PLEASE

And your right if he does love you he will stick with you and understand. The main objective here is to go together and take care of it. The way to approach it is simple... Look at it this way>>>IT COULD BE WORSE ...Tell him in person not over the phone. If you tell him over the phone he will hang up and their goes that. Tell him that you felt some symptoms and weren't sure what they were so you went to doctor and they told you what it was. Hey>>Who's to say that he dint have the same symptoms and never took the initiative to go to the doctor. I think that your brave and you can tackle this. His initial reaction will be shock and then anger. Don't let his emotions break you down. Stand your ground and tell him that you love him and that you want him to go with you to get treatment. Let me know what happeneds...I will be here waiting...
