Oftentimes I have been in situations where I have been attracted to women but due to seeing them with other men I have ceased pursuing them. This has not been working out for me and I have not had any relationship success so far in my life. Any advice

If you're waiting to find the one woman on the planet who never has contact with other men then you'll be waiting a long time. ;)

You can talk to them and find out if they're in a serious relationship and not proceed if they are, and you can still make their acquaintance and maybe some day they will be single. I mean, you have to not think of it as one time thing but like friends. You don't just make friends once. You meet people and get to know them a little and then maybe stay in touch if there is any reason. Also, you must make friends with even women you are not after because they all have friends you will eventually meet if you are social and out as a group.

When they're responses are either non-existent or half-hearted, time to stop.

in what way did you "pursue" them? when did you stop pursuing them?

for some reason women that are taken sometimes appear more attractive than single women. maybe it's a case of them being more relaxed or it's because if she's taken she must be something special.

and for the record, you most important successful relationship will always be the one you have with yourself.
