It is really getting on my nerves.

I have started liking my sis-in-law who is 16 years younger to me. She is very cute and I find her attractive. She's not aware of it and neither I want her to be.

 

My problem is that I am unable to get her out of my mind and think about her all the time. I know this is wrong and I want you to help me in getting out of this situation. I am not a good person as I am doing wrong thing by thinking about her.

The only way to stop limerent thinking is realizing that reciprocation is NOT possible. Like, it's never going to happen because you will NOT allow it.

 

My best advice would be to realize how devastating this situation could be when it is discovered. This could easily split a family and the consequences are far reaching and diversified. I am not going to minimize the impact of infidelity, but the fall-out from these situations is about as bad as it gets.

I know exactly what this feels like.

 

Distance yourself, make any excuse not to be near her - especially alone. It might go against everything you're feeling, but they are just chemicals in your brain making you feel like that. Eventually it'll start to fade.
