That is minimal and easily taken care of with an email and then go no contact. I am sorry but you are getting a lot of really lame excuses from this guy. Obviously this situation still bothers you, as it should. If I were you I would lay down the law. And that there are not 3 in a relationship. It may sound a little over the top, but his actions show he is not over her at all and if the conditions were right I'd bet he would dump you in a second and go back to her. So tell him to make up his mind. 1
