Sadly looks as though our parents are... While there have been significant drops the chaps about to retire have seen an 11% increase in divorces...

The marriage rate has started to increase again. The average age is older and the reports I read assume that people are spending time cohabiting and getting to know one another before getting married... Its positive... Unless you are about to retire in which case you are far more likely to be getting divorced. I noticed that I am hearing about more older couples splitting up so went to have a look. Sadly its is so in the UK... Seems boredom and empty nest syndrome is making people unhappy...
