Four simple rules to get me through today without embarrassing my wife, son, daughter in law, etc. 1. Show up 2. Pay up 3. Shut up 4. Don't f$$k up I'm not the sharpest tool in the chest, but I think I can follow these rules 4

They don't need to completely take over the wedding but if parents are financing the event, they should certainly have some say about how their money is spent. It's only fair. My parents to force my husband and I to have a big wedding on their dime. It wasn't what we wanted so we eloped to Jamaica. Our wedding and honeymoon was under 7K as a result.
Author Bufo Posted October 16, 2016 Author Posted October 16, 2016 Everything worked out well. We old folks departed shortly after 10:00 letting the kids party for a couple of hours. Of course I got to chauffeur wedding gifts to his house today. Now I'm done. Alive and kicking.
