berry1 Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 So there is this girl that works in my local coffee shop. She caught my attention and i have seen her about 10-15 times in the coffee shop when shes been working. She normally mops the floors when im there, and makes a habit of leaning over when shes working like right next to my table. I've given her the flirtatious eye contact a few times and she always responds by looking at me and looking away fast. My mum gone into the coffee shop alone yesterday for a coffee, and she got talking to the girl at the counter. And apparently she asked how i was, and what my job was. My mum responded by saying he runs his own business, and the girl responded with thats amazing! What you guys think? best way to approach or just leave be?
ZayKayWill Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Be a man and give her your #. Next time you go in for a coffee, while you pay her, slip your # in afterwards. As a man, you gotta make the first move. That's usually what girls expect. Confidence is sexy. 1
ZayKayWill Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Holy ****. I was just about to call you out on cheating on your girlfriend, but then I realized that that topic was from a year ago and not from yesterday. XD
metaltrees Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Introduce yourself, then get her number and make a definite date. 1
Buddhist Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 Well since you've given her the 'flirtatious eye contact' better not disappoint and run away....
Author berry1 Posted October 2, 2016 Author Posted October 2, 2016 Well i gone for a coffee today and managed to get a conversation started with her. Then she happened to mention how hard it is for her to keep her kids in Nursery on the wage her and her fella get. Obviously after this new information i didn't ask her out. So shes got a boyfriend bit disappointed, every girl i show interest in has a boyfriend Think i just need to stop thinking of asking women out and just concentrate on my business. ZayKayWill yeah mate i split up with that girl last year unfortunately
ZayKayWill Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 You're not alone. Me and my girl split earlier this year and it still hurts like hell.
smackie9 Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Don't quit asking women out. Just don't take so long, and don't focus on just one. Best of luck 1
smudge21 Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 I reckon she was interested, but clearly not willing to cheat (good). Now despite the fact she was unavailable, take what happened as a little ego boost and go "make eye contact" with a few more girls. Please don't let your mum arrange your dates though...
