Guys who watch too much porn and have no real-world experience may come to think this is how "normal" women behave. Also, to be fair, some inexperienced young women may see this and think it is normal and that they should do it because they're not old enough to weigh the consequences. I certainly wouldn't be interested in a guy who was interested in women advertising their body parts online or be interested in a guy who posted his own body parts online or sent them to me privately either. 2

Some people "half naked" on Instagram may have lost a significant amount of weight or achieved some other fitness goal. Some may have just become comfortable with their bodies after small-minded, negative people tried to belittle and shame them. Some may enjoy tantalizing people, but not be promiscuous at all. Some are just sexy and they know it. We can't judge motivation or character by pictures alone. It pays to get to know people before judging them. Or live and let live. 2

It really all depends upon the guy in question because no one guy can answer your questions for all guys.
