katiegrl Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 (edited) I'd like to thank everyone for their input. Jen's posts resonate the most with my way of thinking. I have come to the conclusion that when a woman says she "responds with her feminine energy", she means she's doing whatever she feels like. In some cases, that means she does nothing, in other cases, she does something. Shining you may not believe this, but I agree with you! Yes when I follow my own energy, I am doing exactly what I want to do, what is natural for me to do... being true to myself. And my boyfriend does what HE wants, what comes naturally for him, and is being true to HIMSELF. Isn't that what it's all about? Doing what is natural to us, being true to ourselves and finding partners who complement that? That was a rhetorical question, I realize you got your answer, just wanted to say I agree with you. Shorty Shortison Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 I do think there is such a thing as masculine energy and feminine energy. Masculine energy is INITIATIVE. Feminine energy is RECEPTIVITY. Yeh, like we have to take the INITIATVE to ask them out and then they get to be RECEPTIVE to us paying for all their free dinners. That doesn't add up very fair if you ask me.

Nobody is telling me what to do, I moved out of my Mom's house for a reason.
