Hey everyone,

So it's been 5 months since my breakup and 2 months of no contact what so ever. The issue is I'm still feeling immensely sad on a daily basis. I was in a relationship for 4 years that was full of a lot of love, we bonded really well. Towards the end though things got a bit tense and almost as soon as we had broken up, he was on a dating app and already hooking up with another girl, who is now his girlfriend.

Unfortunately, I still miss him so much. Everything is pretty dismal as I've kept up the no contact which yeah, has been mostly for my own well-being, but it's also because I've realised there is literally no point in me contacting him, because he doesn't care. It's just a sad and bizarre thought to know I'll probably never speak to him again, someone who was my best friend and lover for quite a significant part of my life so far.

I would just like some advice on how to cope better at this stage. I did feel better for a few weeks but I've hit a rough patch again.

Thank you,

The list can go on and on. You just have to get up and get out there.
