blackendangel13 Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 Ok for a background see "Where do I go from here". I posted about a week ago. So heres the deal. This band that I like and I know my ex is into is coming to town. I know this is totally sneaky but I am thinking of getting two tickets and sending out an email to my friends saying I have an extra ticket and ask if anyone wants to go. I would include my ex in this email. We are getting along now and this way I don't seem like I am trying to instigate anything. Its kind of fun to be sneaky sometimes. I wouldn't be that dissappointed either if another friend wants the ticket, I just see this as a way to break the ice. What do you guys think? Too sneaky?
westernxer Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 When/if he responds, tell him you gave the ticket to someone else. Send the e-mail as a bcc, that way he won't know who else received it. Do you want him back?
Author blackendangel13 Posted July 6, 2005 Author Posted July 6, 2005 Yep, the post I refferred to was about the next step. We have been speaking via email for the last few months and I saw him a few weeks ago and we had a nice chat. It made me miss him I am trying to open the door without running too far ahead of myself.
Author blackendangel13 Posted July 7, 2005 Author Posted July 7, 2005 Well they won't let me edit it to read "obvious girl"...
