First day is the hardest, as the days progress it gets easier, but don't think about the days. Focus on yourself and doing things that you enjoy, try some new things. It's very hard to not think about the days since your last contact, trust me I know, I am 8 months into break up and no contact, there are absolutely still days I think about it, but the days I don't are the best days.

I made this mistake during one of the breakups I had with my Ex. Of course, after weeks went by I got a text from an unknown number tossing me breadcrumbs. What do you think happened? I texted back and the cycle repeated.
