Jessie1231 Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 I just read several of your previous threads, and your obsession with this man is not at all healthy. How did you "meet" him? Have you met in real life? Have you messaged each other personally or texted or spoken on the phone? Has anything happened to show he is interested in you at all? Because if not, you're completely obsessed with someone who very well not even know you exist. The healthiest thing you could do is block this guy from Facebook or just get rid of Facebook altogether. Constantly checking up on someone and trying to interpret the meaning of every occurrence in his life is not normal and you need to stop.

I thought he was attracted to me that's one major reason I started to like him and eventually got obsessed. Now it turned out my assumption was wrong. Even though there are Yes, doesn't mean he knows me 'exist' though. as my post indicates this person meets people, especially women every day, so no bit surprise he doesn't remember me. I know it's not healthy. I just thought he was a serious kind of guy, now it turns out he is just like every guy out there. I am disappointed and couldn't believe I could be so wrong. That's all.
Author Springsummer Posted September 10, 2016 Author Posted September 10, 2016 How do his choices affect you? If he is indeed a womanizer and player. I wouldn't even want to be with him and fantasy we are soul mate. For the record, I have met guys who are way more good looking than me. I was attracted to his "personality", which it seems not what I imagined. I just want to know if he is whom I think he is.

Constantly checking up on someone and trying to interpret the meaning of every occurrence in his life is not normal and you need to stop. yes, I know. but because of my training, I use computer every minute of the day, and I can get bored, so I can't help to check FB. So it's not easy to wane this thing. It's like an addiction. Yes, I really want to delete him...but I afraid I might regret later and there is no turning back.
Author Springsummer Posted September 10, 2016 Author Posted September 10, 2016 How do you not check when you face your computer every minute of your waking hours? yes, I am in IT.
Author Springsummer Posted September 10, 2016 Author Posted September 10, 2016 I really appreciate everyone taking the time to read my ****ty stuff and give some insights...I am graceful for this. It is hard for me to process and digest adversaries in life. I don't know where to get help. Long time ago, I used to call a employer sponsored kind of mental help, but didn't find the professionals any more helpful than people in forum.
basil67 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 How do you not check when you face your computer every minute of your waking hours? yes, I am in IT. I check FB far too often. However, checking to see what new friends a person has added is a whole 'nother level above seeing if there's any updates on your feed.
Icould Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 (edited) where and how I can find handsome guys? I'm here lol Try occupy yourself for now Springsummer, I've been listening to music to occupy my mind. Just don't listen to depressing songs about love and stuff. My head is melted lately thinking about a girl so I've been refreshing the forums flat out waiting for advice on my thread. Edited September 11, 2016 by Icould

Thanks handsome dude:) The best for me to distress has been going to the community sport centre, do some hot tub, sauna, a few minutes of swimming and take a hot or warmer shower and let the strong stream running down from my head...afterward, I generally feel calm and peace.
