When would you want someone you are dating to inform you, that they have herpes. Clearly before things get physical, but at what point would you want that on the table?

Once you start doing heavy kissing, I would find some way to have the talk. It's not really fair to wait until someone is worked up and ready for sex to tell them because it's hard to say no if you wanted to.

I would say after the first few dates, particular when an invite is extended to come over ( watch a movie, dinner, etc)

 

Bring it up by talking about past relationships maybe. When did you get out of your last relationship etc
