jen1447 Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 I really don't get what these guys are getting asking for these - especially after meeting. J/O material probably. Some of them may know their game isn't strong enough to get you in bed or even another date. 1

I've had guys just flat out admit that's what they want pictures for. OLD has left me with a not so optimistic opinion of men, sad to say. Although as soon as I say I'm done with it, another guy pops up that I want to meet. And SO FAR he hasn't said anything abnormal, insulting, or creepy. Fingers crossed.

Do you really even need OLD Amjam? I mean you could just hang out at the gym all day. 1
Author AMJ Posted August 31, 2016 Author Posted August 31, 2016 Do you really even need OLD Amjam? I mean you could just hang out at the gym all day. You're hilarious! And as usual, you are right...back to the gym I go! 1
kendahke Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 Why not just block his number and not deal with him? If someone went through all of that butthurt and thought I was all that, why do they even want to meet up with me? To neg me? Pass. 2
TheBladeRunner Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 "McMatt" sounds like a total jerk....just say no! 1
smackie9 Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 Rule of thumb.....if you don't know who they are or remember who they are, don't ever respond. 4
Omei Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 When I give out my number and a guy takes weeks to text or call I know that I was either 2nd choice or entertaining his boredom, I know he certainly not calling because he's interested he would of closer to the first time you spoke/met if he was. Delete He's snarky because he realised you forgot all about him and didn't drop everything to be there when he did call he's butt hurt lol
4x4storm Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 wow the fact that you still seemed slightly interested makes me feel I should try his technique Every time I take the "Get to know them better and ask questions" route I get nothing.
randall Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 The story in the OP made me laugh. That guy is a real ass. 1

NO. That is absolutely not the takeaway from this story. This story is about what not to do. No, no, NO. I know from the story it looks like I seemed slightly interested but I wasn't. I was moreso curious how/why out of nowhere he called me rude. To get mad at a woman for not returning your call makes you look pathetic. It's not like I owe him a return phone call, I've never even met this guy! I answered the phone when he called because I didn't want to text him anymore and I honestly had nothing better to do. I was probably sitting there, posting on LS. And it's better to take ten minutes of my time learning that I can't stand him on the phone, than wasting more time texting for days and then meeting in person. "Get to know them and ask questions" will work if you ask the right questions. And also let them get to know you. The only reason guys lose my interest with that approach is if they can't keep the conversation going past small talk. It takes two, I know...but sometimes I'll get one word answers or responses to things I say. Example, if you ask what I do for work and I tell you, don't just say "Oh wow, that's cool"

ChickiePops Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 He's somewhere in the middle of the douche parade. Let's call his type the clueless loser. By the time he figure out what's wrong with his techniques, you'll be happily married. I think this is hilarious as well. Do men actually think we fall for this nonsense? 1
Author AMJ Posted September 3, 2016 Author Posted September 3, 2016 He texted again and I didn't respond, I just blocked him. The End. 1
