I'm at a stage where I dread going to sleep because I know I'll wake up a few times and everything comes flooding back, like it seems x100 times worse at 3am when it's dark and silent. Horrible feeling. Anyone got any tips that gets them through? Thanks in advance
jen1447 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Ug, I remember that was the worst. There's no cure unfortunately - the only comfort is to know that it won't go on indefinitely.
Nowty V Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 I started using Kalms night One-a-night, it's a homoeopathic remedy containing extract of Valerian Root. I was able to get to sleep OK but if I woke up that was it... since I've been on the Kalms I've been getting a proper good kip .. and no hangover effects
