I haven't dated in a few years so this is kind of new to me again.

I work as a housekeeper at a hotel, and he works front desk. I'm a shy person, but I am very friendly and I get along with everyone. He's very boisterous and outgoing. He started working at the hotel about 3 months ago. I noticed him staring at me a lot. When I laughed at his jokes, he would blush. He started giving me the 1st floor, so I was walking past him all day. He also started taking his lunch with housekeeping, and it seemed like I was running into him a lot. I thought he liked me so I tried adding him on Facebook, but he didn't accept. That left me confused. I tried to just forget about him, but he kept making excuses to talk to me and he started acting even more strange. He started giving me a WAY lighter work load than everyone else. Because I'm 10 years younger than him (give or take), pretty (or so I've been told), and shy, I know I might be intimidating. I tried to be less shy. I made small talk, smiled lots even flirted subtly, but that seemed to make him more nervous. One day, he gave me less hours so I ended up done at the same time as him. I thought maybe he was going to ask me out after work or something. I could hear him pacing in the other room, but nothing ever happened. The very next day, he was more nervous than ever around me, he was literally shaking when he handed me my key. As he was leaving, my coworker joked that he should ask out the new girl. He laughed and said shes not lively enough. My coworker said he should date me then, cause I'm definitely lively. I laughed. He didn't say anything and left quickly with his head down. I came in to work yesterday, yet again waiting for something to happen, but he acted totally normal. I'm just confused. I like him a lot, but he's sending mixed signals and I'm really unsure. I don't want to make work awkward. Do you think he likes me? What should I do? Should I make a move, should I wait for him to, or should I move on? It feels like it's been forever.
