Ya didn't give us much to go by here....ie how long is the marriage..your age...her age..kids..etc.

Until we get the details, no one can. You may have been a giant A$$. You state neglect, well that may give you a clue, but what ever needs to be done will require a fundamental change on your part. Are you willing to do that?
