there are many products available claiming to cure back ache. i am 31 years old and have back ache occasionally. i have tried many oils, creams and tablets, all are short term reliever. is there any permanent or long lasting easy to use solution?

constant back ache needs a doctor and treatment....tests......there could be a myriad of underlying issues causing it......deb
