I think that everyone is different and people move at different speeds. There are no rules for this and from my observations, no one is changing anyones mind about it, its just innate. The key is to find someone who moves at your same speed and don't waste your life on someone who moves at a different speed as you (once you realize that).

While drunk he almost added "I love you" to his goodbye but caught himself and stopped short. I have no idea what to think. Maybe he only said it out of habit since that's how he ends his calls with friends and family? I'm the one person who doesn't get that???
