tashfv Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 I find this to be the ultimate defensive rejection response. I could only laugh to myself after a long time friend who I started dating used it on me. This was all over the restaurant we ate at. Simply because we had two choices decided on one over the other and I later realised the other choice would have been better. Jokingly I said he should have dragged me in by my hair with duck tape over my mouth! Response - your loss I find it funny as often it isn't at all a loss I could just go to the one where I live. Anyone else been on the receiving end or used this when feeling hurt??
Teddius Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 I have not. In your case though, I assume he said it with the intent of being sarcastic. 1
phineas Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 It's cringe worthy and show butthurt. When a woman kicks me to the curb i just say "ok" and plan to never contact them again. That is WAY more effective for getting under their skin because it shows them that I am unaffected by their rejection. 1
