Well, that was honest. I've done it on my own my whole life pretty much and I love it, but yes, the worst part is by far not having a manservant to paint the house and make repairs and lift stuff. So you better do what I did and get that second job so you can afford to hire that stuff done. I have a plumber who's been my manservant for 20 years or more and has gone so far as to find me an expensive fancy toilet that was cracked and make the china repair on it himself and install it for no charge. So i caught a lucky break when I found him. But you'll have to be prepared to pay full price in most instances and it's always best to look at some of those you tube videos how to do stuff so you can maybe tell if you're being taken. And then also look at rates for that type work in your area. Good luck.
