My boyfriend moved in a 2bedroom, apartment with a random about a year ago. The room mate is very socially awkward (~30), and my BF basically hasn't been able to develop any real relationship with him despite many attempts.

My BF puts his bedroom TV at a level so low that i can barely hear it, BF asked me to lower my voice when speaking in his bedroom, and we've had super quiet (still living in parents basement quiet style) sex. Some mornings my BF would make breakfast for me, and the room mate sat at the 4 person kitchen table on his computer while we ate. Other times we've made dinner together, and he sits at the table, and therefore basically gets in our dinner plans to avoid the awkwardness.

The room mate got a GF recently, and i have noticed that there doesn't seem to be any respect for us. Every night and morning, we wake up to their bed being thrown against our bedroom wall, with loud moans. Just recently, we awkwardly left the living room apartment as they walked down the hall naked to shower and play together.

All of this has made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point where i don't even want to sleepover/ go over. From an outsiders perspective, I feel like my boyfriend is constantly being 'outed' of his space. I am not sure if I am being sensitive but it bothers me that WE have done tons of adjusting to get nothing back. I am not sure how to respond in this situation. It doesn't bother my BF, he will NOT say anything, yet it is a problem if i choose not to come over because of how I've been made to feel...

Well, the only solution I see here to try and outdo that other couple with even loader moans! :D

If your bf isn't willing to raise these issues with his roommate, there's nothing that can be done.

You could say your piece, but your right to do that is debatable, because you are really just a visitor.

Its a difficult situation.

Talk with your boyfriend.

Take care.

Ditto.

If your boyfriend is fine with it, then there isn't much you can do to remedy it.

I would push for more sleepovers at your place instead though if he is unwilling to talk to his roommate. There has to be some compromise.

Unlike you, he probably doesn't mind listening to live porn. Think about that.
