MWC_LifeBeginsAt40 Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 I don't know if it's PMS, or the effects of going on the pill a week ago, after being off it for 11 yrs, or weaning off low-dose anti-depressants for anxiety after being on it for a year. but I NEED A HUG wahhhhhhh

moimeme Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 If you're a PMS sufferer, there's stuff you can do. Check out some of the medical sites about PMS. I've found that taking extra B vitamins plus extra Es and upping my carbs around that time makes a huge difference. You're also supposed to be sure you're getting enough calcium and magnesium but I already do. Different things work for different people but I bet anything if you try some of the solutions, you'll find ones that suit you. (hug)

(hug) Well the pms used to last all month, then my Dr. put me on anti-depressants, which I am just coming off (too many horror stories about that one and the withdrawal from it). I recently started taking B6, I take a multivit and iron, and I'm sure that will help. I feel great today though! lol Thanks for all the hugs!!!
