I don't know if it's PMS, or the effects of going on the pill a week ago, after being off it for 11 yrs, or weaning off low-dose anti-depressants for anxiety after being on it for a year.

If you're a PMS sufferer, there's stuff you can do. Check out some of the medical sites about PMS. I've found that taking extra B vitamins plus extra Es and upping my carbs around that time makes a huge difference. You're also supposed to be sure you're getting enough calcium and magnesium but I already do. Different things work for different people but I bet anything if you try some of the solutions, you'll find ones that suit you.

Well the pms used to last all month, then my Dr. put me on anti-depressants, which I am just coming off (too many horror stories about that one and the withdrawal from it). I recently started taking B6, I take a multivit and iron, and I'm sure that will help. I feel great today though! lol
