Morris_maryt Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 About a month ago i started my first job, while working I met this great giuy and idk something told me it would be okay to talk to him and flirt with him so i did not really knowing what i was getting into, well now he has changed his work schedule so he can work with me more and he is constantly flirting and im flirting back. I dont know what to do because i am 16 and he is 20 and my parents are super strict and would never let me date him and i just dont really see us together but i still have feelings for him as a friend and i want to let him down without hurting him and with out letting things get too far.
Dis Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 Hun its not ok for a 20 year old man to go after a 16 year old girl He just wants to get in your pants = statutory rape Steer clear of this guy...he'll use you and toss you to the curb once he's done
Scarlett.O'hara Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 If he asks you out just tell him he is a nice guy but you don't date coworkers, problem solved.

It may be flattering to get attention from him but he is 20 and should know better and he is up to NO good. I had a very similar situation when I was your age and he attempted to force himself onto me at work when no one was arround. DO NOT be alone with him ever. It could be an invitation for him to do the same and you may not be as lucky as I was to get away.
