Do guys mean it when they tell their girls "when we get married" Should I believe him

We have only been dating for 9 months and he keeps bringing up the topic of marriage, though I belive in marriage ,and I want to be married one day, idk if it will be him and its worrying. I feel like he is either hinting that he wants to marry me one day and truly means it, or he is playing with my feelings. Litterally Everyother time we hang out He will say "when we get married". Last week he said I don't believe in spending loads of money on eachother before marriage. Then he said "when we get married" ill buy you tones of stuff. He will also ask me stuff like "babe when we get married can we di this and this..."

 

Now my boyfriend Kevin said he would move to my city in the fall... it worked out because he just got a job here so he works two jobs, one in his city and one in mine. Now the fall is coming up and i brought the moving topic up, and now he doesn't seem as sure about moving (i guess because its alot of work to move). Then he said "babe in two years when I put a ring on it" then I said thats too far of a wait for you too move like you said you would!

 

I told him that it doesn't seem to bother him like it bothers me. He told me it does bother him a ton, but he knows it wont be like this forever. Then he kissed me ect ect..

 

He is a sweet guy and his friends and family all told me they think I am out of his league(i dont agreee). He likes me alot and I can tell he is a commited guy.Though we dont see eachother as much as we want when we do he is an awesome bf. He always tell me Im a keeper and am in it for the long haul.

 

But he keeps saying "when we get married" and idk how to react.

 

 

(Side note: we are both christian and believe you should date for the goal of marriage)
