John Posted June 14, 1999 Posted June 14, 1999 I am really in a bad situation now. There is a girl that I really like. She has told me that she feels the same way. I am usually a very fun and talkative person. But, when I get around her, I totally freeze up. I get so nervous that I can't even talk. We went out last night and I hardly said a word. She told me before I left that she didn't understand me. She said that I tell her that I like her, yet I act like I don't want to talk to her. I told her that I just get nervous around her because she is so perfect. I don't know if she believed me or not. I do this ALL the time when I am with her. My friends tell me to be myself around her, but I just can't seem to do it. I get EXTREMELY nervous and I don't know what the problem is. What can I do? John
