Vado Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Resistance. Like I kissed a girl, at a date and asked her to go to my place. She agreed first and than says something like: ''I promised my friend/roommate to be home at 24:00'' At the time I wished I was a mindreader. She was 30 years old! Was it a test, last-minute resistance? I did not really respond to that. Now I wished I said something like: ''Call your friend you don't need a babysitter.'' How would your respond to that?
Larryville Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Resistance. Like I kissed a girl, at a date and asked her to go to my place. Seriously you thought she was going to your crib after a kiss? I’m assuming first date? Any dude asking a woman to his place after first date does not think much about her in my opinion, but hey we all have different standards. Seems to me common sense kicked in real fast and was creeped out by your offer. 4
smackie9 Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 She realize where it was going and thought better of it. If you have just met, it would be a safety issue for sure. 2
Author Vado Posted May 24, 2016 Author Posted May 24, 2016 It was the second date, forgot to mention that. Wasn't planning to bang her right away, just have a chat, watch a movie or something at my place. But like to thank you for the answer, cause i probably gave her the wrong impression. Thought she was testing me.

Yes, come to my place after a second date is often seen as an invitation to have sex, so she thought better of it. Doesn't mean she doesn't like you, though she may have thought you only wanted sex. Are you still in contact with her? 1
Larryville Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Wasn't planning to bang her right away… I know I am being nitpicky but this is a great example for young women, you say… “bang her.” Women who have common sense and self-respect will or can read a dudes real intent and she read yours after processing… The very reason why so many young women get on here confused wondering what some dude thought of them processing mixed signals or a guys intent. 2

I used the word 'bang' to make clear that THAT was not my intention. Although I know a lot of alternatives, i thought that the f-word is inappropriate and a word like 'intercourse' reminds me of my biology teacher. If I ever have a date with a native english speaker i certainly never use the word 'bang'
