Guys, ! He rejected me but still flirt me, I'm totally now?

We've been friend for a year. I used to study in his country. When I backed we still keep in touch each other. Then he visited me at my country and he stayed at my house

 

-When I stayed there, he picked me up by his big bike and bought me a new hamlet ( he didn't pick the other friends up)

-he said that I'm different from others want to know everything about me more like friends, family, lifestyle and promised me to come to visited me at my country when we were apart (and he did it )

-always tease me and tickle me

-give me a new nickname like my little..

-when he visited me he stared at me and smiled so often (my family noticed that and told me)

-he changed the way he acts like more kind, protective like held my hand when crossing the road, carried my stuffs and before visiting he hates Skype so much and never Skype but after he ask to Skype with me and said there's only way to contact with me

-he wanted to give a back massage to me and also want me to do it and it took very long time romantically

-he allowed me to lean on his shoulder then he saw me uncomfortable he put my head on his chest and wrap my body tightly then while I was sleeping he put a blanket on me

-he hugged me tightly from back when I said I'm cold

 

but when I confessed my feelings to him, he rejected me and said we should be friend he doesn't want to lose me and he said he's a bit feelings for me but we're living in different countries after that he still act flirty

to me such as

-ask to Skype with me every weekend

-when I ask him about doing website he suggested me to do it all for me (he's not a kind and generous person)

- I sent a heart to him and he said this is the thing that I want to hear

-selfie his face for me and his activities

-said that miss me and I'm very important to him

 

What do you think he like me or not (deep down his mind) ? It makes me confused so much

He likes the attention he gets from you but has no intention of ever being in a relationship with you. If this upsets you, then do not chat to him anymore and move on.
