Women are just people so body language is not very different to that of men BUT there are a few differences in female body language.

You can know if a woman finds you appealing in some way, either physically or emotionally because her pupils will automatically dilate, when she first sees you.

 

It's a reflex, so she can not hide it.

 

Other body language cues can be feigned because the woman is being polite, but the pupil dilation is a reflexive response she can not fake or control.

 

With that said some cues that can be real or feigned are: Hair twirling. Her eyebrows will raise and lower quickly when she first sees you. She stands close and faces you fully, not sideways. She exposes her wrists. She smooths her clothing. She joins her hands together and rests her chin on them.
