Scripts? Come on now. Just call her and talk to her like another human. If she doesn't answer then leave a message.

I was ghosted six months ago and to be honest, I've totally lost all respect for that woman. I wouldn't even engage her in conversation if I saw her in the street now. Is that how you want this girl to view you? Because she will if you ghost her.

Exactly. The natural disrespect you begin to feel for them is one of the only things that actually helps you get through it!

I actually said to this guy who is ghosting me now...we've been dating 2 months, it's hurtful to ignore me. Asked him to let me know if he had changed his mind so I can move on to other dates.

He denied wanting to stop dating & when I suggested a date for today, yep, he ignored me ever since. Even when I gave him the opening for a decent goodbye, he didn't offer it knowing fine well I was hurt. Mind boggles

It's done. She didn't pick-up. I left a voicemail. I apologized for going silent. I used Miss Peach's example as a guide and tried my best to stay focused; be honest; and considerate. I blabbered a lot. Not sure if I made any sense. I apologized again and ended the call.

Thanks for helping me out.

Feeling jittery/shaky, nervous, sad, relieved.

I just want to say that you are awesome - well done for making the right choice! :)

I wish the guy ghosting me would do the same, but I won't hold out any hope.

Thanks. I think it'll help set the tone for my future dealings. I'm actually friends with the lady now.

I'm sorry you're going through that. Good for you for doing your part (doing you).
