just a question out of curiosity, if you are 22, about to graduate college soon, would you date a 30 year old man with a 5 year old daughter who is just about to start college?

No. Doesn't mean someone else wouldn't though. I mean 8yrs difference is nothing really. All depends on her goals, wants desires etc. In my workplace an 18yr old girl started dating a 42yr old guy. We all retched but stranger things have happened.

No. I wouldn't.

We're in different places and at 22..... even if he had graduated and had a full time job... I wouldn't date a man with a child.

If you were twice your age then of course you'd accept a man of a similar age probably has a child.

Your young and have your pick of single men with no baggage like a child and the child's mother.

No and I think it would be selfish to expect a 22 year-old to deal with such issues so young.

Educated women want to start baby making in their late twenties early thirties, by that time he will be ~40.

He at thirty with a child will likely want to settle down with more kids in the next few years. She will not want to do that, she has a life to live, places to see, she will not want to be tied down with kids in her mid twenties, whilst her college friends are seeing the world and building careers.
