About 2 months ago, i got out of a relationship that lasted a year & 1/2, broke up for 4 months, then got back together, only to break up 7 months later after that. Both times he did the dumping & I was so heart broken, never understood why we broke up. It just came to my attention today that throughout the "2-ish" years we dated for, were a complete lie. His ex gf of 6 years was still in the picture, as was previously in the picture the first time we broke up as well. I found out he was sending her money behind my back to help her out, but would blame me for never paying for anything or how much a "chore" i was to him.

I saw his texts between him & her, and they were very flirty & lovey-dovey. Sad thing is, she has a long-term boyfriend....

I'm tired of feeling like everything in the relationship was my fault, and how he would make it seem like everything I did wasn't good enough. I literally did everything for him, but I guess it just wasn't enough for him.

Please, I need help on what I should be doing to move forward with my life, or any tips on how to get over someone :(

maybe a rebound relationship but take it very slow? I think as long as you take it slow with your rebound relationship, you'll be happier. There might be a chance where your ex would panick and want to be together. You should stick with rebound and heal and make new memories in that case cause you deserve better. However, if you strongly believe that you two can work your relationship then maybe you two should get back together. But make sure to be gentle with your rebound partner though. End it right if you do decide to get back together w/ your ex.
