It amazes me how quickly they can just turn there feelings off for you.
Just disappear out of your life.

I imagine his wife would think the same...especially with their shared history.

Feelings come and go... when you realise someone isn't good for you and is helping you to break the promises you made to another ... you think of everything you could loose if it gets exposed and often get a real wake up moment.
